MadeForTravel Normal Shipping & Delivery

Madefortravel supports free shipping on order over $64.99. Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners' warehouse. It takes around 1 to 2 days for us to process your order for shipping.

Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

US, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 3 to 7 Business Days
UK & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany: 7 to 12 Business Days
Other Western European Countries: 15 to 20 Business Days
Other countries: 20 to 30 Business Days

SHIPPING TO A P.O. Box:

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

SHIPPING TO A APO/FPO ADDRESS:

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

You can return most new unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order's packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item.

If the returned item is accepted after inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Items that are opened, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

REFUND

After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method, minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us.

If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
